I have a short poem for you today, and it requires some imagination—but not much.
Inside Of The Painting
What does it look like
Inside of the painting?
What would it be like
To live in that world?
With painted eyes seeing
The landscape so stunning
The sky overwhelming with
Shadows and light
With colours surrounding
And details abounding
To live in the painting—
What would it be like?
Will you ask of me
Or will I ask of you?
The answer’s the same:
We already do.
